How you’ll make an impact

• The successful candidate will be the part of an International Design and Engineering Team heavily specialized in Power Transformers design covering different countries.
• Preparation of General Arrangement, fabrication drawings, Bill of materials and submission to customer as per project schedule.
• Will be part of a Global Engineering Centre team and your task is to contribute to the global design work with positive team atmosphere and networking.
• Responsible for development of transformer designs in coordination with global Hitachi Energy factory based on the purchase order requirement, ordering specification in different areas of transformer mechanical design.
• Coordinating design activities within a worldwide factories network.
• Participation in internal design concept reviews.
• Demonstrated team building skills and networking skills, would be a preference.
• Ability to speak with and work together with the technical teams in different parts of the world.

• Bachelor’s degree of Mechanical Engineering.
• 2 - 7 years’ experience working in mechanical design for Power Transformers.
• Candidates with higher experience also to be considered. Experience in order designs,
•     Experience in Customer drawings & fabrication drawings.
• Experience in Simulation or software development would be advantageous.
• Experience on Microsoft office and tools.
• Ability to speak with and work together with the technical teams in different parts of the world.
• Additional languages knowledge is considered an advantage.
• Quick learner with ability to master new areas
• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
