Back-office support Grid Connection Services

The Opportunity

Join our Grid Connection Services team and play a key role in projects that drive innovation and sustainability in the energy sector. As Back-office Support, you will ensure smooth operations by managing processes, while collaborating with service engineers and project teams.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Coordinate and manage multiple administrative tasks while keeping records accurate and up to date.

  • Ensure precision in documentation, data entry, and compliance across all processes.

  • Act as a key point of contact, fostering clear and professional communication with internal teams and external partners.

  • Take initiative to solve administrative challenges and provide proactive support to service engineers.

  • Handle department orders and oversee equipment calibration, including supplier coordination and certificate tracking.

  • Support spare parts management and maintain quality documentation for smooth operations.

  • Organize training sessions for team members and assist with project control and data updates.

  • Contribute to process improvements and provide backup support for other administrative functions.

Your background
  • “Formación Profesional” education related to accountability / finance

  • 2 years of similar work experience

  • SAP knowledge as user

  • English and Spanish (fluent, written and spoken)
