How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Plan and coordinate testing activities based on engineering and customer requirements

  • Execute and oversee product testing to ensure compliance with specifications and standards

  • Analyze test data, document results, and prepare detailed reports

  • Investigate test failures and perform root cause analysis

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety standards (IEC, IEEE, ISO)

  • Maintain and manage test equipment, including calibration and proper usage

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in quality and performance

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and optimize testing processes

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in testing or quality within manufacturing

  • Strong knowledge of testing standards and regulatory requirements (IEC, IEEE, ISO)

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting of test results

  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct failure analysis

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams
