  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical, mechanical, or software‑related issues using specialized diagnostic tools.

  • Execute corrective maintenance and emergency repairs promptly to minimize downtime and ensure customer continuity.

  • Provide technical support and basic training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance.

  • Prepare clear and accurate service reports documenting issues, repairs, parts used, and recommendations.

  • Ensure full compliance with all safety standards, environmental guidelines, and company policies during all field activities.

  • Maintain open communication with customers, engineering teams, sales, and management regarding service progress and technical concerns.

  • Manage and maintain an organized inventory of tools, spare parts, and diagnostic equipment in the service vehicle.

  • Participate in an on‑call rotation to provide emergency support as needed.

Your Background

  • Technical degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role, ideally working with high‑voltage equipment or within the power industry.

  • Strong understanding of electrical circuits, power systems, and industrial control systems.

  • Ability to diagnose and repair complex electrical and mechanical faults with confidence.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and service manuals.

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively across Belgium.

  • Strong problem‑solving skills and a customer‑oriented mindset.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in demanding field conditions.

  • Strong communication skills in Dutch or French, with good working knowledge of English.
