The role requires expertise in capacitors and filters, with a strong technical background and hands-on experience in quality assurance and problem-solving within this field.

How you will make an impact

Lead and execute part and process qualifications (PPAP) in line with defined requirements and PPAP gate model
Act as project manager for PPAP activities, ensuring quality, timing and completeness of deliverables
Drive supplier qualification and quality improvement activities in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and suppliers
Plan, conduct and follow up on supplier audits and assessments, ensuring effective closure of non‑conformances
Manage supplier quality issues and non‑conformances (e.g. 8D), including escalation when required
Monitor and report supplier performance KPIs (e.g. OQD, OTD) and support Supplier Performance Evaluations
Maintain and ensure accuracy of PPAP documentation in PLM systems and SAP Reiwa
Foster cross‑functional collaboration, proactive communication and effective conflict resolution

Your background

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical field
Proven experience in Supplier Quality Management within an industrial or manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of PPAP and supplier qualification processes
Experience with supplier audits, quality methodologies and problem‑solving tools (e.g. 8D, FMEA, SPC)
Solid understanding of procurement and supply chain operations
Familiarity with sustainability, corporate governance and Supplier Code of Conduct requirements
Ideally Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified
Fluent in German and English; willingness to travel approx. 40%
