What is Diversity 360 and how will we achieve this vision? 

Diversity 360 is our vision which ensures diversity and inclusion are at the core of our long-term business success. We believe in the power of diversity of thought and that it’s everyone’s job to build a workplace that fosters it. That’s why we have four cross-functional workstreams that aim to integrate diversity and inclusion into the very fabric of our culture.

Over the course of nine months, we brought together 500+ colleagues representing 28 nationalities, in 10 countries, and all levels to help us understand how our people want to be led.

The result is our unique leadership framework which we call Our Leadership Pillars.

Female Acceleration

Through development programs, global employee networks, partnerships and benefits that serve women and allies, we are committed to increasing the number of women in our workplace and gender equality. In 2019, 19% of our global workforce identified as women.

Female Talent Development Program
This program is designed to accelerate female talent to be ready for senior leadership positions. Participants are exposed to mentoring, masterclass learning, and senior leadership. 
Global Women’s Network
Our employee led network fosters gender diversity by creating a platform for women and allies to impact our practices and gain additional avenues for self-development.
Early Career Focus
Our STEM, early career rotational program aims to have at least 50% women among participants. We partner with universities known for their commitment to gender diversity in their student body.


Living Diversity and Inclusion

Through awareness building across all levels of the organization, external partnerships and a commitment to life-long learning, we create an environment where everyone can thrive.

Interrupting Unconscious Bias
We offer Unconscious Bias training to all employees. Our top 800 leaders, including our CEO, have completed this training.
Cultural Exchange
We provide opportunities for our talent to create the cultural basis for collaboration and inclusiveness through opportunities such as international work assignments and cultural sensitivity tools and resources.
