How you’ll make an impact

• You will evaluate production capacity, optimize resources, continuously improve production efficiency, and support production lines in solving problems.

• You will develop standard working hours and actual working hours as the basis for improving productivity and evaluating costs.

• You will plan factory layout, optimize logistics, improve space utilization, optimize assembly line logistics and process.

• You will improve production process and line balance to enhance work efficiency.

• You will conduct operational analysis, process analysis, determine standardized processes, and improve management efficiency.

• You will improve the process, tooling and fixtures to improve production efficiency, quality and safety.

• You will support ABRA implementation in production.

• You will timely complete the tasks assigned by production manager.

• You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

• A bachelor’s degree or above, major in Industrial engineering, machinery, Electrical control and etc.

• Minimum 5 years working experience as Industrial, process or product engineering.

• Skilled in CAD, Creo and MS office standard package (Word, Excel, Power point).

• Strong sense of work responsibility and teamwork spirit. Rigorous and patience in work. willing to accept challenges and strong ability to work under pressure.

• Proficiency in writing and speaking skill in English.
