How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Develop competitive bids that meet customer needs and align with company strategy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate tender submissions.
  • Lead technical and financial reviews to ensure bid quality and compliance.
  • Analyze market trends and customer requirements to optimize proposals.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain to identify and evaluate potential suppliers.
  • Support sales and application engineers during customer evaluations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the tendering process.
  • Track tender outcomes and recommend improvements for future success.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably electrical).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in tendering or estimations for systems and projects.
  • Strong knowledge of products and systems in renewables and energy storage.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
