How you’ll make an impact

• As Senior System Test Team member, perform exploration tests and develop automated tests in Python

• Implement functional and non-functional tests

• Take part in the development and automation of test procedures and frameworks

• Create efficient test strategies and test infrastructure ensuring alignment with project goals and technical requirements

• Contribute to laboratory expansion by installing and configuring network equipment

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, quality experts, product owners, domain experts and system architects

• Ensure traceability of test cases to requirements, create and maintain test documentation including test plans and test reports

• Contribute to continuous improvement in testing processes and tools

• Support the adoption of QA best practices and mentor team members in test methodologies across SAFe/SCRUM R&D teams

• Focusing on safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

• BSc or MSc degree in IT, Telecommunication, Computer Science, Electronics or similar area

• At least 5+ years of experience in Python testing

• Strong knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks including Pytest and UI test automation frameworks (e.g. Playwright)

• Experience with Linux systems, Bash, Git, virtualization, containers, and CI/CD pipelines

• Network management skills, e.g. VLANs configuration, understanding of TCP/IP stack or communication protocols (e.g. SNMP, MPLS), testing network management software is an advantage

• Experience with laboratory test equipment is an advantage

• Ability to work independently, solutions-oriented approach, willingness to learn and strong communication skills with spoken and written English
