Factory Planning & Fulfillment Manager

As a Factory Planning and Fulfillment Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient planning and execution of our production processes. You will collaborate with various departments to balance production, inventory levels, and customer satisfaction, while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Manage the center's planning process (Demand Planning, Sales and Operations Planning, Master Planning, Detailed Scheduling, and Material Planning).

  • Develop planning with other departments to balance production, total inventory levels, and customer satisfaction: define priorities and maintain them, define necessary and available capacity.

  • Connect planning with execution to ensure material availability on time in the workshop.

  • Coordinate an appropriate response to unforeseen events. Maintain inventory forecasting for the local unit. Establish and maintain inventory processes including raw materials, WIP, finished products, and contractual assets (project units) according to HUB/BU standards.

  • Support the profitable execution of customer and purchase orders, in coordination with project management, engineering, manufacturing, and strategic purchasing.

Your background

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or similar.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in similar positions.

  • Advanced ERP systems and Supply Chain software management.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead teams.

  • High level of English. Other languages are a plus.
