Senior BIM/Revit Modeler

The opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior BIM/Revit Modeler to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and coordinating detailed 3D models for civil and architectural projects. This position requires advanced proficiency in Revit and a deep understanding of both civil engineering and architectural design principles. You will collaborate closely with engineers and project managers to ensure that all models meet technical specifications and project requirements.

You will join a global and dynamic team of 18 people, based in Sweden, Finland, and India. This position will be based in Sweden, either in Ludvika or Västerås.

How you will make an impact

  • Develop and prepare detailed 3D models using BIM software such as Revit
  • Generate and extract 2D drawings and details from 3D models for construction documentation
  • Produce 3D models, extract material quantities, and generate detailed Bills of Materials for project estimation
  • Collaborate with engineers and other professionals to gather necessary information for accurate model creation
  • Create and update models in Construction Cloud
  • Mentor and train junior staff in Revit/CAD-related concepts and best practices

Your background

  • MSc or BSc in Civil or Architectural Engineering
  • Several years of experience in BIM modeling and structural design
  • Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
  • Knowledge of Tekla Structures and STAAD Pro is considered a great advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to work effectively with team members and clients across different cultures and time zones
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
