Service Sales Competency Manager (f/m/d)

The opportunity

As Service Sales Competency Manager you will develop and implement a comprehensive training program for the global sales and marketing community within the High Voltage (HV) Service business. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in competency development, talent management, and training within the electrical engineering or energy sector.

How you´ll make an impact

  • Establish competency framework for M&S roles, identifying the key skills and knowledge required through detailed assessments / FCAs.
  • Update the competency levels for each job profile to ensure consistency.
  • Develop and execute Segments, Applications and Account Management training in coordination with the stakeholders to support the development and deployment of product specific training along with the Business Lines.
  • Deliver Functional Competency Assessment (FCA) in Local Sales Organizations and Business Lines based on requirements.
  • Coordinate and administrate Learning Management System and other training tools. Design, deploy and review sales learning paths and the tracking process.

Your background

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or related areas, complemented by education in Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Certifications in competency management or related areas are a plus.
  • Proven experience in competency development, talent management, or a similar role.
  • Experience in the electrical equipment industry is preferred.
  • Strong background in Sales and Marketing is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
