GSA-OA
The GSA-OA is a high-performance resin-impregnated paper (RIP) transformer bushing designed for oil-air applications. It features a durable Silicone Rubber (SiR) insulator, with the condenser core directly bonded to the silicone rubber. This results in a compact, lightweight design that contains no gas, oil, or other liquids.
The bushing is engineered for flexible installation at any angle—from horizontal to vertical—and includes a 2 kV test tap. It supports both draw lead and solid rod conductor configurations.
The GSA-OA is partial discharge-free and has an exceptionally low dissipation factor, which ensures a service life equal to that of the transformer. Its innovative RIPCOAT sealing system significantly reduces the risk of moisture ingress during handling. The insulator sheds are made from high-temperature vulcanization (HTV) silicone, offering outstanding resistance to erosion. The bushing is also designed to perform reliably in seismically active environments. In addition to meeting international standards, it has undergone a comprehensive testing program that exceeds standard requirements. Furthermore, it is compatible with alternative insulating fluids, offering added flexibility for various applications.
