The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Integrated Management System (IMS) Manager to lead, implement, and maintain our organization’s Integrated Management System aligned with ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety). The ideal candidate will be a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of industry experience and strong expertise in auditing and implementation of QMS, EMS, and OHSMS preferably at multilocation facilities across the country or region. This role is critical in driving compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across the company’s entire value chain.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Develop, implement, and maintain an Integrated Management System based on ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001 requirements.
  • Lead the integration of systems, processes, documentation, and audits across business units.
  • Ensure effective implementation of IMS policies, procedures, and best practices across all departments.
  • Coordinate with external certification bodies for ISO audits, surveillance visits, and renewals.
  • Ensure the organization continuously meets all requirements for certification and compliance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable standards and legal requirements.
  • Plan, schedule, and conduct internal audits across functions.
  • Track and monitor corrective & preventive actions (CAPA) to closure.
  • Prepare and present IMS performance reports to senior management.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for Quality, Environment, and Health & Safety.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement through structured methodologies.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve system effectiveness.
  • Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Procurement, HR, and EHS teams to ensure consistent application of IMS requirements.
  • Train employees at all levels on IMS policies, procedures, auditing and awareness.
  • Drive employee engagement and participation in IMS-related initiatives.
  • Ensure all IMS documentation is current, controlled, and compliant with ISO standards.
  • Develop SOPs, process maps, work instructions, and audit checklists.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of document and data control across the value chain.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
  • 10+ years of experience in Quality, EHS, Operations, or IMS roles.
  • Proven implementation experience in ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001.
  • Certified Lead Auditor for IMS standards
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in manufacturing, engineering, EPC, or industrial environments preferably in High Voltage Switchgear manufacturing companies is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of management system architecture.
  • Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
  • High attention to detail and systematic approach.

  • Strong reporting and documentation skills.
