The opportunity:

Drive profitable growth of the Service portfolio through proactive customer engagement, strategic account development, and installed base (IB) penetration. Build long-term customer relationships while positioning service as a core value driver across lifecycle solutions.
 

How you’ll make an impact:

  • You will proactively visit customers to promote and sell prescribed Service offerings across installed base and new opportunities, develop, and execute account plans and sales strategies leveraging installed base (IB), Salesforce data, and greenfield project insights.

  • You will identify whitespace opportunities and expand service penetration across key accounts, prepare, attend, and present service offerings at industry events to build brand presence and drive pipeline opportunities, own, and grow a sustainable sales pipeline.

  • You will build strong, trust-based relationships with customers, utilities, EPCs, and industrial stakeholders, act as the primary point of contact for service-related opportunities and lifecycle discussions, deliver a high level of responsiveness to customer needs and inquiries.

  • You will work closely with Front-End Sales and Segment teams to align service into broader solution selling, support and enable internal sales teams to independently position and sell service offerings, collaborate with technical, digital, and operations teams to shape value propositions.

  • You will maintain accurate pipeline data, forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM (Salesforce), drive disciplined sales execution through opportunity tracking and regular reviews, and perform win/loss analysis to refine sales strategies.

  • You will analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and customer needs, use insights to continuously refine value propositions and go-to-market strategies and contribute to regional/service growth plans.

  • You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

  • Proven BDM / sales experience in energy, electrical, or industrial sectors.

  • Strong understanding of installed base (IB) strategy and lifecycle services, advanced stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.

  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability, experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and ability to analyses market data and build strategic account plans.

  • Proficiency in English communication.
