The opportunity:
To design, develop, and maintain high-quality, standardized Revit content (families) that meets defined geometric, parametric, and data requirements, enabling consistent, efficient, and high-quality BIM project delivery across all business lines and regions
How you’ll make an impact:
· Create Revit families as per approved specifications, standards, and LOD requirements.
· Ensure families are parametric, performance-optimized, and project-ready.
· Maintain and improve existing content libraries based on feedback and evolving standards.
· Follow naming conventions, quality checklists, and approval workflows.
· Collaborate with Digital Content Library Manager and BIM stakeholders.
· Support content delivery and clarifications via ACC / RFI workflows.
· Provide project support within Revit when required.
· Apply correct family categories, subcategories, reference planes, constraints, and parameters.
· Create type-driven and instance-driven families based on usage needs
· Implement approved shared parameters, naming conventions, and data structures.
· Ensure families meet library quality checklists prior to submission
· Review and enhance existing families to support new tools, workflows, or updates.
Your Background:
· Master’s or bachelor’s degree in electrical, Civil or mechanical engineering.
· Have minimum work experience of 2-5+ years in Revit.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work collaboratively across regions and disciplines.
· Openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
· Ownership mindset for content quality and delivery.
· Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit family creation.
· Good understanding of parametric modeling, nested/shared families, and visibility controls.
· Knowledge of BIM standards and Level of Development (LOD).
· Awareness of Revit project environments and downstream usage.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
· Clear communication and collaboration skills.
