How you'll make an impact
  • Lead and guide production teams to achieve daily targets
  • Plan and monitor production schedules to meet deadlines
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards
  • Resolve production issues and equipment challenges quickly
  • Drive continuous improvement and waste reduction initiatives
  • Maintain accurate production records and inventory levels
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, and logistics teams
  • Support troubleshooting and operation of production equipment
Your background
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing supervision
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and lean principles
  • Familiarity with quality systems and safety standards
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Effective communication and team collaboration skills
