Global IT Strategy Manager

The opportunity

As Global IT Strategy Manager, you are accountable for developing, implementing and executing the IT Strategy Management capability that enables creation and maintenance of information and technology strategy aligned to business goals. You will lead cross-departmental efforts to ensure the execution of IT Strategy Management framework and process.

How you will make an impact:

• Manage and improve the IT strategy process
• Maintain and update the IT strategy management framework within budgeted costs, quality and time schedule
• Work closely with IT Leadership Team and senior business leaders in accordance of the IT strategy management framework
• Monitor external & internal factors that might impact IT Strategy
• Prepare and facilitate IT strategy review meetings as well as IT strategy workshops
• Prepare high-quality executive materials (e.g. CEO/ET updates, strategy narratives, town halls)
• Consolidate IT strategy review meeting outcomes and prepare communication
• Demonstrate executional excellence throughout the area of responsibility
• Ensure alignment to given goals and compliance with Enterprise Architecture, any relevant IT Standards and any other Directives and Guidelines
• Establishes strategy execution governance (cadence, scorecards, risk reviews, etc.) and drive decision-making with data and clear trade-off frameworks

Your background:

• 15+ years of work experience in IT, including IT strategy creation and management or IT Portfolio Management, ideally background in Management Consulting
• Proven track record in leading and working with multi-cultural and globally distributed teams and processes, as well with senior management representatives
• Experience working in M&A projects, particularly supporting M&A due diligence from an IT perspective is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• High sense of responsibility and commitment
• Systematic approach and business-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Fluent in English, verbal and writing
