Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Coordinate international import and export shipments end-to-end

  • Prepare and process shipping documentation accurately

  • Partner with customs brokers, carriers, and internal teams

  • Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues

  • Maintain detailed and compliant transaction records

  • Conduct audits to improve shipping accuracy and efficiency

  • Support hazardous materials compliance with global standards

  • Collaborate across teams to optimize supply chain performance

Your background

  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, import/export, or related field

  • Solid understanding of customs regulations, HTS codes, and incoterms

  • Experience preparing import/export documentation

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus

  • Effective communication skills; English fluency required
