How you’ll make an impact:
  • Lead requirement elicitation workshops and translate business needs into epics, features, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria.
  • Build a continuous pipeline of development-ready work and facilitate backlog refinement aligned with the Definition of Ready.
  • Analyze business processes and create process flows, use cases, business rules, impact assessments, and traceability records.
  • Identify dependencies, assumptions, constraints, and risks, and communicate them clearly to stakeholders.
  • Support release planning, test-scenario definition, business validation, defect triage, and root-cause analysis.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations that improve requirement quality, product quality, stakeholder alignment, and release predictability.
  • Prepare key deliverables, including requirement documents, dependency logs, traceability matrices, release-readiness reports, and stakeholder communication plans.
  • Track outcomes such as backlog readiness, requirement-related defects, clarification requests, rework, predictability, and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Live Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity by taking responsibility for your actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
Your background:
