Project Manager with Agile methodology

Hitachi Energy, High Voltage Products is implementing Digital solutions like Digital Passport System (DPS) & Digital Factory to become its global solution for global traceability, from suppliers to end-customers. DPS is a cloud-based platform that attaches unique digital identity and critical quality information to each of our products and allows immediate end-to-end identification and location of affected units if quality issues were detected.  

For our team, based in Spain, we are looking for a Project Manager with Agile methodology expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects using Agile methodologies while ensuring alignment with business objectives, governance requirements, and quality standards.

• Drive projects from start to finish using Agile methods while ensuring alignment with internal governance standards.

• Apply Agile principles to deliver work incrementally, plan iteratively, maintain control, and keep quality non‑negotiable.

• Use tools like Azure DevOps or ServiceNow to give teams and leaders clear, transparent visibility of project progress.

• Enable smooth collaboration across business stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, and cross‑functional teams.

• Translate stakeholder needs into clear backlogs, sprint plans, and actionable increments.

• Manage evolving scope effectively while keeping timelines and resources stable, ensuring strong delivery quality throughout.

• Identify risks early, adjust plans proactively, and support continuous improvement through regular reviews of processes and outcomes.

• Maintain consistent documentation and reporting practices to ensure transparency, audit readiness, and alignment with Agile lifecycle expectations.

• 5+ years of experience in project management, including delivery in Agile or hybrid environments.

• Strong understanding of Agile principles, ceremonies, roles, and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid models).

• Experience using Agile project tools (Azure DevOps).

• Proven ability to manage cross functional teams, global stakeholders, and multi phase project lifecycles.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem solving skills.

• Fluent in English and Spanish.

• Certifications such as PMI ACP, Scrum Master, PMP, or equivalent is advantageous.
