How you'll make an impact

• Partner with senior leaders to deliver financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Build financial models and business cases for new initiatives and investments.
• Monitor key performance indicators and identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead the preparation of financial reports in line with internal policies and standards.
• Drive improvements in financial processes, reporting, and systems.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and marketing on business strategies.
• Support contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and capital expenditure decisions.
• Communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Support mergers and acquisitions through due diligence and integration planning.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

 

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in finance, planning, and analysis roles.
• Proven experience providing financial insights to senior management.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and Excel.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) and financial reporting.
• Experience with enterprise resource planning and business intelligence tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
