We introduced our TXpert™ Ecosystem launching the next level for digitalization of transformers.

How you’ll make an impact

  • You will be responsible for Japan utility project execution after receipt order with good communication with counterpart of factory project managers.

  • You will control specification and delivery of materials purchased in Japan and connect with factory side to deliver them in timely for assembling in the factory.

  • You will manage transport with good collaboration with logistics specialists to achieve safe and timely delivery of transformers from factory to the job site.

  • You will collaborate with Hitachi Ltd installation department and control site works which is remaining in Japan portion. Need good arrangement of installation schedule and supervisor dispatchment.

  • You see that project cost will be monitored by using SAP system and report to his manager in HE-J organization about comparison of planned and actual project overall cost, from starting and up to final closure of project.

  • You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or science.

  • Required with minimum 5 years of experience in project management.

  • Time management, presentation and planning skills.

  • Ability to learn and work in new environment.

  • Use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT).

  • Strong in collaborative and communication skills.

  • Strong Japanese and advanced English communication.

Working hours: 900-1730 (1hr break). Flex time is applicable.
