Sales Support Specialist

The opportunity

Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services.  Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors.

How you’ll make an impact

1. You will achieve the annual sales budget by cooperation with sales team and provide commercial and technical supports to customers in timely & efficiently.

2. You will assist the Sales for marketing and sales activities for transformer projects and work closely with sales to contact and discuss with customer on an efficient basis.

3. You will prepare the simple technical presentation and factory introduction to customer and to provide sales support activities to Sales to sell transformer business.

4. You will prepare commercial & technical offer also support in sales order delivery review and confirmation with related functions.

5. You will support company to make market strategy to develop business, also closely follow up sales orders by cooperation with Project Management team and other sales related responsibility in accordance with business needs.

6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. You hold a full-time bachelor’s degree in Electrical background.

2. Required with minimum 5 years of working experience in Sales & marketing position will be preferred.

3. Strong sense of responsibility, striving to overcome difficult tasks and accept challenges, be creative, initiative to undertake more responsibilities.

4. Excellent skills in organization and coordination, keep good communication with other functions, focus on team working and result oriented.

5. Understand general financial knowledge.

6. Proficient in computer skill, MS-Office software .
