The opportunity:

Support Engineering team to make work instruction / VSM / F-FMEA. Measure & analysis routing time to balance line activity

How you’ll make an impact:

  • You will be making & update work instructions and training operators, making sure all changes of process are up to date to work instruction.

  • You will support to measure routing time to balance line.

  • You will work on process improvement initiatives to increase effectiveness of manufacturing process and methods.

  • You will coordinate any rework activities as needed and support product care to do P-FMEA.

  • You will attend production meeting to support production line in ensuring production output as per production plan, conduct another task as assigned by immediate Manager.

  • You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

  • University Graduate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.

  • Comprehensive knowledge on manufacturing process and good computer skills (Microsoft, Word, Excel, Power Point).

  • Able to work independently and structurally, strong analytical thinking and good at time management.

  • Good command of English.
