The opportunity
We invite you to apply for the role of HR Intern within our Shared Services team. In this internship, you will support document migration activities for Denmark and assist with employee lifecycle processes in the Baltics. You will join a small, collaborative team that provides HR support for colleagues in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Denmark.


This is a great opportunity if you are interested in starting a career in HR and want to learn how the function works in a large, multinational organization. You will gain practical experience in daily HR operations and develop an understanding of local labor practices while learning from experienced team members.


How you’ll make an impact

  • You act as a first point of contact for employees and managers with general HR questions.
  • You support document migration activities for Denmark.
  • You assist with employee lifecycle processes in the Baltics.
  • You work closely with the HR team to support daily tasks.
  • You learn from the team while contributing to ongoing activities.

Your background

  • You are studying or have recently graduated, preferably in an HR‑related field.
  • You are interested in learning about HR processes and people operations.
  • You communicate clearly and take a service‑oriented approach.
  • You manage your time well and handle tasks with care.
  • You bring a motivated and eager‑to‑learn mindset.

This is a paid, six‑month internship based in Ülemiste City, offering a modern work environment and the possibility to work from home. You will gain hands‑on experience through interesting and meaningful tasks, supported by training and guidance throughout your internship. More details will be shared during the recruitment process.
