The opportunity:

Finance Analyst, objective is to set a direction for our Controlling activities - standards and processes to support the company strategies, initiatives, and business operations. The work requires engagement with Global Functions, BUs, CCC and Hitachi central organization, to understand requirements, priorities, and planned initiatives.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Material Ledger posting, which is time bound activity.

  • Monitoring RA jobs and follow up.

  • Result Analysis (RA) on all Cost Objects execution on adhoc basis.

  • Monitoring time Sheet Postings (CATs) and follow up for error resolution.

  • FICO reconciliation and follow-up.

  • Project, SO, Production Order TECO & closure.

  • Cycle execution of Assessment cycle, Distribution and COPA cycles.

  • Trintech / Blackline BS account reconciliation.

  • Month end activities and monthly clearing of RA GL’s

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

Bachelor’s in commerce/Accounts or related discipline.

Experience in Master Data management or similar activities.

The position requires analytical capabilities, strong motivation for delivering on time and ability to work under pressure.

Good work discipline and communications skills.

Understanding of finance/accounting.

Experience in FI/CO for SAP ECC & S/4 HANA.

Good Communication skills.
