Project Management Intern

The opportunity

Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services.  Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors.
 
Nearly half of our white-collar workforce comprises employees in engineering and scientific fields. How you’ll make an impact

1. You will assist Project Managers in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.

2. You will support the coordination of project activities and resources.

3. You will assist in identifying and documenting project risks and issues.

4. You will participate in project meetings, taking minutes and tracking action items.

5. You will contribute to the preparation of project documentation, including presentations and reports.

6. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. You are currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. Strong organizational and time management skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese.
