Training Analyst and Project Coordinator

The opportunity

As a Training & LMS Analyst at Hitachi Energy, you will help power a culture of continuous development by ensuring training operations run seamlessly and efficiently. From managing learning systems to coordinating engaging training sessions, you will play a key role in enabling teams to grow, stay compliant, and perform at their best. This is an opportunity to work cross-functionally, support impactful projects, and contribute to improving processes that shape the employee experience. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

How you'll make an impact
  • Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Coordinate training sessions, logistics, and communications
  • Track training records, certifications, and attendance
  • Generate reports on training metrics and compliance status
  • Support employees with LMS access and training inquiries
  • Improve administrative processes for efficiency and accuracy
  • Monitor compliance with required training completion timelines
  • Coordinate project activities aligned with company standards
Your background
  • High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
  • 2+ years in training coordination, LMS, or data management
  • Proficiency in LMS platforms and MS Office (Excel advanced)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with reporting, analytics, and process improvement
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
