Forex Exposure & Special Projects Lead (f/m/d)

The Opportunity

Are you ready to make a global impact in Treasury and Corporate Finance? We are looking for an experienced Treasury and Financial Risk Management professional to lead global Forex exposure reporting and support strategic corporate finance initiatives.

In this role, you will strengthen global financial risk reporting, governance, and treasury-related processes while supporting funding, capital structure, and strategic transaction activities across a complex international business environment.

How you'll make an impact
  • Lead and continuously improve global FX and commodity exposure reporting standards.
  • Harmonize exposure reporting and governance across Treasury, Finance, and Global Business Units.
  • Enhance reporting frameworks in line with company policies and financial risk management standards.
  • Support complex projects involving hedging strategies, multi-currency cash flow planning, and treasury risk management.
  • Drive effective use of S/4HANA, Treasury Management Systems, and reporting tools to monitor exposures.
  • Ensure strong governance, internal controls, and adherence to treasury best practices.
  • Develop reporting dashboards, KPIs, and training programs for global stakeholders.
  • Contribute to strategic corporate finance initiatives, including funding projects and M&A activities.
Your background
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Treasury, or a related field.
  • Professional treasury or finance certification (e.g., ACT, CTP, CFA) is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in Treasury, Financial Risk Management, Corporate Finance, or related areas.
  • Strong knowledge of FX exposure management, hedging instruments, commodity risk, liquidity, and treasury governance.
  • Experience with ERP and treasury systems, ideally including S/4HANA and Treasury Management Systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex topics into actionable insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in an international environment.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
