As a Photolithography Process Technician, you will play a key role in supporting the development, optimization, and stabilization of photolithography processes used in semiconductor manufacturing. You will work with advanced lithography equipment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help ensure high-quality production standards.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Ensure stable and efficient production operations in the photolithography area

  • Perform and support process verifications, qualifications, and releases in accordance with established requirements

  • Analyze and resolve process deviations and support investigations related to quality issues and customer complaints

  • Create and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and training materials

  • Organize and conduct training sessions and certifications for production employees

  • Support process changes, equipment projects, and capacity expansion initiatives

  • Initiate and follow up on ZBA, SCR, and NMR processes, and support CAR and ECR activities

  • Actively participate in continuous improvement (CIP/KVP), 6S, and safety initiatives

  • Participate in shop floor meetings and on-call duty (standby service)


Your background

  • Completed technical education (e.g., Microtechnician, Electronics Technician, Automation Technician, Chemical Technician, Process Technician) or a comparable qualification, or several years of professional experience in an industrial production environment, preferably in the semiconductor industry or photolithography

  • Experience in analyzing and resolving process and quality-related issues

  • Confident handling of technical documentation, work instructions, and standardized processes

  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style with a strong sense of responsibility

  • Enjoy working collaboratively with Production, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams

  • Strong communication and training skills, with the ability to convey knowledge clearly and effectively

  • High level of quality, safety, and continuous improvement awareness

  • Good written and spoken German; English skills are an advantage

  • Willingness to participate in an on-call duty rotation
