This virtual panel addresses one of the key aspects which is the provision and integration of the necessary charging infrastructure for the electrical vehicles. Representatives of grid utilities, transport operators and technology providers will debate about current challenges of all players to deploy charging infrastructure without threatening the grid stability and security, particularly in scenarios where large portion of electrical vehicles. It also addresses the scalability of solutions, from pilot projects to very large, city wide infrastructure, pointing out the role of the players in the value chain and the importance of proper regulations to enable and drive e-mobility revolution.

Ahcène Nedjimi is Electrics & Electronics Lead Engineer and Electromobility Specialist at Volvo Construction Equipment (Volvo CE).
He has worked for the Volvo Group since 2002 and during this time he has held a variety of positions in the field of Electrics & Electronics.
He is a Volvo CE Technology Specialist in the field of electromobility. In this role, he is tasked with driving the strategic development and implementation of electromobility projects that will support the Volvo Group to be at the forefront of developing this technology.
Olivier Augé, Head of Engineering by tpg the Public Transportation Operator of Geneva. Graduated from engineering school of Geneva, he began his career by Hitachi Energy for 10 years in the field of electrical protection and substation automation for the production, transport and distribution of electric energy. His last position was Head of Product Management.
During seven years he works in IT business as for Integration Manager for Content Management solution for banking and insurance. Back to Hitachi Energy for another period of 10 years, he builds the Business Intelligence for Railway as Innovation Manager, creates and runs the TOSA project of the first high capacity electric bus using Flash and opportunity charging principle. Nowadays, his engineering team is in charge of vehicle fleet acquisition and maintenance process definition to ensure optimal manage of those assets.
