Our new enterprise ERP system, SAP S/4HANA, was implemented in the first half of October

Switchboard
If you know who to talk to; Press 1, then you will come to the switchboard and will be transferred directly. The opening hours for our switchboard are from 08.00 - 16.00
Hitachi Energys Customer Connect Center
If you do not know who to talk to; Press 2 and you will come to our Customer Connect Center. Based on the information we receive, a case is registered via our customer care system. Then the follow-up of inquiries takes place via our local contact persons in Norway. During daytime (08.00 - 16.00) the center is operated by Norwegian speaking personnel. Our global Customer Connect Center is open 24/7 every day.

Our head quarter
We are located at Valle View in Oslo. The location is next to Intility Arena and close to one of the largest traffic hubs in the city. We are specialists in circular economy and efficient production, transmission and use of electricity, and it was important to us that the new building is climate and environmently friendly. Valle View provides an opportunity to explore new ways of both working and collaborating, and the energy consumption of the new building is reduced to one third. We look forward to welcoming you to our head office.
