Finance Data & Analytics Analyst - F&LE - CP&O

The opportunity:

Support the FP&A team in managing finance data, building dashboards, and enabling automation initiatives. This role focuses on data accuracy, visualization, and analytics to provide actionable insights for planning, forecasting, and decision-making.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Assist in collecting, validating, and organizing financial and operational data from multiple sources.
  • Support development of dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with global finance and IT teams to maintain data integrity and support automation initiatives.
  • Contribute to scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis under guidance from senior team members.
  • Help document processes and participate in continuous improvement projects for data and analytics workflows.
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background:

  • Required bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
  • Must have 0–3 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and SQL is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of financial concepts and FP&A processes.
  • Should have interest in automation and emerging technologies (AI/ML) in finance.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
