As a Test Engineer focused on liquid-filled transformers, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of performance, quality, and reliability. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Execute advanced test protocols to ensure product compliance and performance

  • Promote a safe, accident-free work environment through proactive safety practices

  • Improve test methods to increase efficiency, accuracy, and reliability

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret test data to verify requirements

  • Support quality-at-source by training operators on basic test routines

  • Lead investigations into test failures using root cause analysis tools

  • Develop certified test reports, metrics, and technical recommendations

  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve complex technical issues

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

  • 2+ years of experience testing liquid-filled distribution or traction transformers

  • Strong knowledge of ANSI, IEEE, IEC, and related transformer standards

  • Proven troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills

  • Clear, effective communication with internal and external partners

  • Experience working in cross-functional engineering environments
