Technical Product Manager – OT Cybersecurity Solutions & Risk Management

How you will make an impact:

  • Lead the development and enhancement of cybersecurity solutions within the assigned scope.
  • Own the lifecycle management of cybersecurity solutions, including updates and documentation quality.
  • Execute and advise on cybersecurity processes related to the solutions portfolio, ensuring consistent application.
  • Coordinate and provide technical guidance during cybersecurity incidents that affect your product domain.
  • Conduct and review solution risk assessments, recommending and tracking mitigation actions for relevant operational units.
  • Drive IEC 62443 certification related activities.
  • Maintain audit‑ready documentation supporting internal reviews and compliance assessments.
  • Collaborate closely with product teams, IT, and regional operations centers to ensure cybersecurity requirements are implemented and validated.
  • Provide technical input for customer RFQs, tenders, and cybersecurity inquiries related to your products.
  • Contribute to cybersecurity awareness by supporting product‑focused training and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
  • Maintain and evolve best‑practice cybersecurity guidelines for the cybersecurity solutions.

Your Background

  • 8 - 10 years in cybersecurity with at least 5 in OT/industrial environments; proven record owning product‑security features, secure system architecture, and various cybersecurity measures
  • Experience in engineering of OT or industrial control systems with strong knowledge OT networking and network security
  • Working knowledge of IEC 62443-2-4, 3-3, 4‑1, 4‑2 – preferably with ISA 62443 certification
  • Experience in cybersecurity related assessment for product, system and operational domains; able to translate findings into product or solution updates.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Fluency in English language
  • Strong technical writing related to general or industrial control systems cybersecurity
  • Excellent stakeholder and customer communication
  • Even though not having direct reports you can lead others to deliver what you request from them and lead as such the implementation of new functionality and solutions
  • Positive attitude, high internal drive, and willingness to travel as needed (max 20%)

Ability to master complex problems independently and with limited amount of information, present the results and motivate
