HR Business Partner - LATAM

The Opportunity

As the Latin America HR Business Partner you will be a core member of the Hub Management team and the global Grid Integration HR leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving HR value across the business. You will translate business goals into clear HR priorities and lead their implementation in strong partnership with the global BU HR team and our HR centers of expertise and HR operations.

In this role, you will partner with senior business leaders to shape and execute the people strategy, drive talent outcomes, and build the organizational capabilities needed to support business growth across the region. You will act as a trusted advisor — counseling and coaching leaders, recommending the right people solutions. The HRBP will support global HR Projects part of the GI wide HR focus areas in addition.

 

How You´ll Make the Impact

  • Partner with senior business leaders to translate the business unit people strategy into the Hub context and aligned with business objectives
  • Translate business strategy into HR priorities and deliver tailored solutions that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Advise and coach business leaders on HR matters including organizational design, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and change management
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, and high-potential programs, in close collaboration with the Talent & Learning team
  • Drive workforce planning and analytics to identify current and future talent needs, skill gaps, and opportunities for organizational optimization and in alignment with the global business unit
  • Oversee complex employee relations issues and conflict resolution, ensuring compliance with global policies and local regulations
  • Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and propose data-driven solutions to improve business performance
  • Support organizational change initiatives and transformations, providing expert HR guidance and ensuring smooth transitions
  • Be an active member in the GI HR global leadership team and take part of implementing and shaping our common vision  
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

 

Your Background

  • Solid experience in a senior HR Business Partner role, ideally in an international or matrix organization.
  • Proven ability to operate at both local and multi‑country.
  • Strong understanding of global HR practices.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence senior leaders in a matrixed organizational structure.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable HR initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using HR data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience with organizational development, change management, and talent management programs.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required.
