Manufacturing Production Workers Team Leader (Para-Professionals)

How you’ll make an impact

1. You will supervise and motivate a team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback also allocate tasks and monitor progress to ensure production schedules and targets are met.

2. You will ensure adherence to all safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies also conduct regular quality checks and inspections of manufactured products.

3. You will troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions, maintain accurate production records, including output, scrap rates, and downtime.
4. You will collaborate with engineering, quality control, and logistics departments to optimize production processes and identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
5. You will assist in the training of new production team members also operate and maintain production machinery and equipment as required.

6. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. You hold a high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or technical certification in manufacturing or a related field is a plus.
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing production environment, preferably in heavy industry or high voltage apparatus. Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
3. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and safety regulations.
4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
6. Physical ability to perform manual tasks, lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods.

7. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
