Quality Specialist / Junior Quality Engineer

How you'll make an impact

  • Perform electrical, mechanical, and visual inspections

  • Test incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products

  • Identify and document non-conformances; escalate when needed

  • Support root cause analysis and corrective actions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues

  • Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and data

  • Participate in audits, process reviews, and risk assessments

  • Support Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives

Your background

  • U.S. citizenship required

  • Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years in manufacturing or quality environments preferred

  • Knowledge of ISO standards and Quality Management Systems

  • Experience with quality tools (8D, FMEA, root cause analysis)

  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
