The opportunity

HR Operations Specialist work across multiple service line, provides HR services and program implementation. This role ensures the performance with high quality, timeliness, compliance with company policies and local regulations while delivering seamless employee experience. The position collaborates closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Centers of Expertise (CoEs), and external vendors.

How you’ll make an impact

1. You will be charge of social security transaction affairs for multiple cities, charged of company benefit transactions like company insurance and flexible benefit program for multiple legal entities, supported annual company benefit projects implementation with COE and team coordinator, and recognition plan system management.

2. You will extend the working scope to absence and attendance system management, payroll gross to net calculation and tax reconciliation transactions, working closely with finance for financial accounting booking.

3. You will be charge of onboarding, transfer and offboarding life cycle management of domestic and expatriate employees for multiple companies, and make the connection with local government to handle government related matters if you are suitable for Employee Life Cycle Management position.

4. You have chance to attend the global project and work closely with global and local project team.

5. You will respond to employee inquiries through HR ticketing systems promptly and professionally, update work instructions and HR knowledge article for continuous improvement, support HR Control audit across all HR operations activities.

6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. You hold a bachelor/master’s degree in any stream.

2. Minimum 2 years of HR working experience with knowledge of Benefits & Payroll management or Employee Life Cycle management.

Strong understanding of HR processes and local labor regulations, proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Workday) and MS Office, strong logical thinking, analytical and problem solved skills, strong learning agility.

3. Self-motivator and proactive, good teamwork and strong service awareness.

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills (e.g., Japanese or Korean) are a plus.
