Working Student 20% (f/m/d)

The opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Working Student to support our continuous improvement initiatives and document rebranding activities. In this role, you will contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the Boards on Fire Lean Daily Management (LDM) tool and coordinate the progress of rebranding customer-facing and internal documentation across multiple teams. This position offers hands-on experience in Lean Management, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and change management.

How you'll make an impact

  • Support the continuous improvement and optimization of the Boards on Fire Lean Daily Management tool

  • Maintain and update Lean boards, templates, and workflows

  • Assist in monitoring Lean Management metrics and tracking improvement initiatives

  • Document process improvements and support the implementation of best practices

  • Manage and track the progress of rebranding customer-facing and internal documents

  • Collaborate with department heads, team leads, and document owners to ensure timely completion of rebranding activities

  • Maintain an overview of rebranding status, milestones, and outstanding actions

  • Follow up with stakeholders on deadlines, dependencies, and deliverables

Your background

  • Master’s degree in engineering 

  • Proficient in written and spoken English and German,

  • Good knowledge of MS Office

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in daily tasks 

  • Enjoy working in a multicultural and collaborative environment
