Power Shop Platform Architect

Mission Statement:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conga RLP Platform Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our e-business solution built on the Conga Revenue Lifecycle Platform (RLP). This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining the architecture of our e-business solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry standards.

Your Responsibilities:

• Establish a working relationship with delivery team, managing the introduction of new services, service improvements, and (eventually) service reductions and retirements.

• Lead activities related to solution technical design, development and support.

• Support IS Service Manager and Program Manager in delivering IS solutions/services according to agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs), on time, within budget and at high quality.

• Recommend improvements to processes and technology that improve the effectiveness of the team.

• Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems. Capable of successfully engaging in multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Engage in requirement gathering to decide which requirements are covered by available standard functionalities, for which functionalities enhancements are needed.

• Create and review technical specifications based on business requirements (high and low level design documents).

• Manage the quality of deliverables (code, technical documentation, etc.) according to defined software development process.

Your Background:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software architecture and design.

• Proven experience with Conga RLP Conga CPQ or similar platforms.

• Experience in the Energy sector or B2B market is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of CPQ like solution (preferably Conga ).

• Proficiency in integration technologies and APIs.

• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

• Strong understanding of integration best practices and excellent relationship skills working with business leaders, stakeholders, infrastructure team and various development teams across the organization.

• Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
