The opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you are responsible for sales of the Grid Integration portfolio with focus on Grid and Power Quality Solutions from positioning Grid Integration portfolio in market to lead generation to final negotiation. We offer an exciting opportunity for a passionate Marketing and Sales professional in a dynamic environment who also likes to work hands-on.

How you’ll make an impact            

  • Developing strong networks with Customers and Suppliers to gain valuable Market insights and identify future business opportunities
  • Analyzing market updates and continuously work towards defining, evolving and continuously reshaping business growth strategy in respective geography.
  • Collaborating closely with the Country/Regional and account management teams to transform leads into opportunities that drive our business forward
  • Understanding and empathizing with Customer requirements and needs during the acquisition phase
  • Shaping innovative sales strategies, selecting winning solutions both commercially and technically
  • Leading the Marketing and Sales process, engaging capture teams where necessary, supported by a diverse interdisciplinary team including engineering, project management, legal, commercial, and supply chain management
  • Developing and strengthening sales team in the geography to cover the market and meet the ambition plans.
  • Successfully transition negotiated projects to the project execution and engineering departments.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant subject.
  • Proven experience 10-15 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, Tendering, Product Management, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication skills, projecting confidence when engaging with Customers at all levels, from technical teams to top management
  • Knowledge and experience of System business especially in Power Systems, Renewable Sector, Power Quality applications or Grid Integration is desirable
  • Skilled in collaborating within cross-functional, cross-border teams, while embracing flexible working arrangements
  • Openness to travel approximately 20-25% of your working time.
  • Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in other languages like French would be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English is required.
