As Project Controller for PGHV and PGTR, I work with Project Managers to ensure  budgeting, scheduling and coordination processes run smoothly. Every project is different, and how we are able to reach the target and meet the deadlines, while also meeting specific needs of the customers. To me, it is challenging but also rewarding at the same time, when we are able to accomplish both.

I am so grateful with the collaboration, teamwork and trust within my team. I am particularly grateful of my mentor, Doddy Rustiawan, who has empowered me, giving the flexibility to innovate and be adaptive to “on-the-ground” situations and be truly responsive to customer needs.

I’m proud to say that our customers have consistently voiced their confidence in our technology and trust in the quality of our products.

ABB Power Grids has a lot to offer, especially for a country like Indonesia where the power sector accounts majority of all infrastructure projects.

To join with Hitachi is exciting and feels like new beginning. I believe that these two will complement and will create stronger and sustainable energy solutions which will bring more opportunities and more variety to offer to our customers.
