Working at Hitachi ABB Power Grids, I’m inspired by the passion to serve - to serve our customers by caring for their success and helping them build the grid of the future within communities and beyond countries; to serve my colleagues by making Power Grids a place where they can innovate and perform at their best to achieve exceptional results.

Every day, people around the world is working, learning, creating and contributing to our society in many ways thanks to Power Grids’ solutions. To know that I’m part of that makes me pursue excellence in everything I do.

The ability to support each other thinking of the team before of the individual is the hearth of my team’s culture. Being conscious of the ownership we have on the common goals and recognizing the talent that each member brings to the table is what makes us the diverse and skilled team we are. All of these, while keeping in mind that transparency and empathy must set the base for communication and interaction.

Right now, the world is going through a transition in many aspects; energy is not the exception. The potential in our country to generate electricity through renewable energies is unique and we have the chance to join our customers in this journey and explore together innovative solutions to bring power to every community through a greener grid.

Either by making sure the Marketing & Sales team has the support, tools and capabilities to connect with our customers and understand their needs, or by working on the build-up of a world class organization and robust operating model for our Joint Venture with Hitachi, I’m helping make this a reality. 

This is a big step for us in Power Grids into the future. Joining to a company with a more than 100-year history of innovation speaks of the commitment of Power Grids to keep pioneering the path to a smarter grid.

It is exciting to see how our portfolio will complement with Hitachi’s one to create one of the broadest technology offerings of the market, giving us the chance to serve our customers better. Also, I’m thrilled to see how diverse cultures will complement each other and join their strengths and values to drive growth. The future is, without a doubt, bright for us as Hitachi ABB Power Grids.
