EconiQ® Dead Tank Circuit Breaker 245 kV

The EconiQ 245PM63 HA Dead Tank Circuit Breaker (DTB) is part of Hitachi Energy’s eco efficient EconiQ portfolio, designed to enable reliable grid operation while significantly reducing environmental im-pact. It is based on well-proven gas circuit breaker technology, using a gas mixture of carbon dioxide (CO2), oxygen (O2) and C4-fluoronitrile (C4-FN). The mixture essentially eliminates the CO2 equivalent emissions of the insulating medium.
This product offers easy operation at high-performance ratings without the use of SF6. It supports utilities on their path to carbon-neutral networks.
