Solution Architect

• Designing and architecting end-to-end solutions for manufacturing applications using the Microsoft Azure technology stack. 

• Collaborating with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient architectural designs. 

• Evaluating and selecting appropriate Azure services and components to meet the needs of the application. 

• Defining integration strategies and patterns to seamlessly integrate the manufacturing application with other systems and platforms. 

• Ensuring the security, scalability, and performance of the solution architecture, considering factors such as data privacy, network connectivity, and system availability. 

• Creating technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, design specifications, and system documentation. 

• Providing technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the implementation phase. 

• Conducting code and design reviews to ensure adherence to architectural principles and best practices. 

• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Azure technologies and the manufacturing industry. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. 

• Extensive experience in solution architecture and design, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment. 

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the Microsoft Azure technology stack, including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Data Services. 

• Strong understanding of integration patterns, protocols, and tools, such as API management, message queues, and ETL processes. 

• Familiarity with large-scale integrations and experience in designing solutions that can handle high volumes of data and transactions. 

• Proficiency in relevant programming languages such as C# / .net, JavaScript/Typescript, Angular and SQL. 

• Experience with cloud-native development practices. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical challenges. 

• Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, are highly desirable.
