Hub CIL Manager

Mission statement:

An integral part of the BU Operational Excellence function, coordinate all Hub plants to drive lean manufacturing & 6 sigma deployment, support business to continuously improve process, to enhance the maturity of Hub operational system, organize training activities and establish sustainable lean talent pool.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will involve in continually challenge conventional thinking and drive accountability for site or functional results and deployment.

  • You will serve as change agent with the site leadership team and site employees.

  • You will lead site pre-analysis that includes base-lining operational and financial measurements.

  • You will be responsible for preparing, deploying and monitoring leading operating model / Lighthouse deployment at a site.

  • You will lead and facilitate site communication, education and training and coach & mentor continuous improvement specialists within the business area.

  • You will teach continues improvement thinking & leads many Kaizen events daily.

Your background:

  • You hold bachelor’s degree.

  • 10+ years of experience in areas such as industrial engineering, lean manufacturing, operation management, quality and process improvements.

  • Experience in challenging conventional thinking, approach and methodology and driving improvements.

  • Experience working with one of the following: Toyota Production System, Schneider Production system, Danaher Business System, Honeywell Operating System or similar.

  • Rich practical work experience of lean manufacturing and six sigma strategies and principles.

  • Developing strategy and translating into actionable plans & driving sustainable change through influence.

  • Track record of delivering breakthrough results impacting the bottom line.

  • Leading teams through influence without authority.

  • Conducting cycles of learning & kaizen events.

  • Strong communication skill.
