As Regional HRBP, my work plays an important role getting the most of our people´s talents and skills to support the organization in achieving its strategic goals. I take pride in helping our people to respond and shape the challenges of the future by helping enhance critical competencies, strengthening our leadership, and building capabilities for change and transformation.

As an HR person, I´ve been given a chance to inspire individuals to be their best versions. It’s very exciting to be involved in a constantly growing environment, enabling others to get their full potential while supporting the company in driving results. This is my contribution to the organization’s mission of shaping the energy transition to a more sustainable future.
