We’re looking for a seasoned Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) professional to lead a team of specialists within our local operations. This is a pivotal role focused on creating a safe, sustainable, and efficient workplace aligned with our global standards and strategic goals.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing a team of HSE and Facility Specialists (7 team members)
  • Driving performance improvements in health, safety, and environmental practices
  • Providing expert guidance and hands-on solutions for day-to-day operations
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements
  • Conducting regular inspections, audits, and reviews across the site
  • Overseeing building services including cleaning, security, and infrastructure
  • Investigating incidents and sharing learnings across the organization
  • Collaborating on budget planning and cost-effective management
  • Organizing training and ensuring availability of HSE equipment
  • Managing HSE and CSR-related projects
  • Building team capabilities through capacity planning and skill development
  • Engaging with the community, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

  • University degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Studies, Engineering, Management, or a related field
  • Proficiency in both Czech and English is required
  • At least 5 years of HSE experience, ideally in an international setting
  • Proven leadership and project management skills
  • Solid understanding of local health and environmental legislation
  • Familiarity with management systems such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strategic mindset and confident decision-making
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written
